IVR and time conditions
Greet your callers with an IVR (auto attendant / digital receptionist) and route calls automatically based on your time conditions: business hours, holidays and one-off closures.
Digital receptionist (IVR)
The IVR (Interactive Voice Response), also known as an auto attendant, guides callers through voice menus: "For sales, press 1…". Multi-level menus, custom announcements and smart routing based on the key pressed — all built into our Cloud PBX.
You manage prompts in English, French and Spanish, and link each option to a queue, a ring group, an extension or voicemail.
Time conditions
Route calls automatically by time of day: daytime to reception or a queue, evenings and weekends to voicemail or a cell phone. Also manage holidays and custom closures.
Weekly schedule
Mon–Fri, evenings, weekends — each time slot can send calls to a different destination.
Recurring holidays
Christmas, New Year's Day, Canada Day… configure them once and they repeat every year.
Specific date
Close for a single day (inventory, training) without touching your normal schedule.
