Transferring your existing number is simple. Contact our team with your current number and the name of your provider. We handle the entire process, which usually takes 5 to 10 business days. You will receive updates by email throughout the process.

Our technical team typically responds within 30 minutes for urgent requests by phone. For requests by email or through the contact form, we aim to respond within 2 hours during business hours and within 12 hours outside regular hours. Note that if you have premium support, you benefit from priority 24/7 assistance.

We only accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Recurring payments can and must be set up for automatic monthly billing. Otherwise, you may experience service interruptions if you do not pay on time. We do not accept payments by cheque or bank transfer at this time.

No, we do not offer a free trial period.

We provide step-by-step setup guides for all our equipment. Our technical team can also walk you through the process over the phone or perform a remote configuration if needed. For businesses, we offer an on-site installation service, though fees may apply.
